About the position

The Sales Associate for Microsoft Cloud Solutions at ECF Data, LLC is responsible for generating new business relationships and closing deals in the technology sales sector. This role involves responding to leads, cold calling, setting appointments, preparing quotes and statements of work (SOW), and completing product training. The ideal candidate will have a consultative sales approach and previous experience in technology sales, particularly with Microsoft solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to leads and cold call potential clients.
  • Set appointments and prepare quotes and SOW.
  • Complete product training and close deals.
  • Work with vendors to facilitate sales processes.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to secure new customers.
  • Execute new business presentations multiple times per week.

Requirements

  • 3 years of sales experience in technology solutions, preferably Microsoft solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Experience in sales account management.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of relevant CRM applications.
  • Understanding of basic industry concepts related to IP, AV technologies, and computer software and hardware.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies like MS Dynamics or Azure.
