About the position

The Sales Associate Outfitter at Sportsman's Warehouse is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a friendly environment. The role involves greeting customers, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the department is clean and well-stocked. The associate will assist in processing merchandise and communicate customer requests to management, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Approach each customer using the 5 non-negotiable Friedman Sales Training Steps.
• Keep the department clean, faced, and straight at all times.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Perform other tasks as necessary and assigned by management, which may include assisting in other departments.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to work closely with customers and co-workers is required.
• A high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma is recommended.
• Sales training provided by Sportsman's Warehouse is required.
