The Sales Associate is a vital member of our customer service team, embodying an upbeat and contagious energy that creates memorable experiences for our customers. As a Sales Associate, you will be the go-to expert for product knowledge and personal style, ensuring that every customer interaction is meaningful and impactful. In this position, you will be responsible for providing a seamless customer experience across both retail and e-commerce platforms. Your role will involve utilizing technology and apps effectively to enhance customer engagement. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to convey information clearly and purposefully across various platforms. A proven track record of achieving personal sales goals in a retail environment is crucial, as success in this role is reflected in consistently outpacing sales and performance targets. Physical requirements for this position include availability during business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You should be able to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move items weighing at least 40 lbs. Comfort with climbing ladders and standing for extended periods is also necessary. The ideal candidate is a natural people person with a desire to engage and nurture relationships, demonstrating resourcefulness and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on. You should be open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to delivering on promises, ensuring consistency between your words and actions.
