About the position

The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga is responsible for achieving store sales goals by embodying the brand's mission and creating an exceptional customer experience. This role involves product education, fostering genuine connections with customers, and contributing positively to the store environment. The Sales Associate works collaboratively with the leadership team to analyze performance and implement strategies for improvement while ensuring effective sales floor coverage and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals by aligning with store leadership and company objectives.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading Alo's initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers to provide a friendly shopping environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships daily.
• Analyze reports with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate customers on store goals, new product launches, and guest-facing initiatives.
• Introduce all facets of the Alo business model confidently.
• Utilize company tools and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture.
• Manage the daily schedule to prioritize business strategies in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Assist in processing shipments and visual merchandising.
• Execute front and back of house procedures according to company policy.
• Support other business areas, including Sales and Cashier, as needed.

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
