About the position

The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga is responsible for achieving store sales goals by embodying the Alo experiences and Brand Mission. This role focuses on creating authentic connections with customers, providing product education, and fostering a positive shopping environment. The Sales Associate is expected to be knowledgeable about the products and the community, working collaboratively with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals by aligning with store leadership and company objectives.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by implementing Alo's initiatives and optimizing productivity.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly shopping environment.
• Build and maintain client relationships with customers.
• Analyze reports with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives as needed.
• Educate customers on store goals, new product launches, and guest-facing initiatives.
• Introduce all facets of the Alo business model confidently.
• Utilize company tools and strategies to meet store goals.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture.
• Assist in processing shipments and maintaining product flow and visual merchandising.
• Execute front and back of house procedures according to company policies.
• Support other business areas, including Sales and Cashier, as needed.

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
