About the position

The Sales Associate position at Bricks & Minifigs is a part-time role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the LEGO® brand. The associate will engage with customers of all ages, assist them in navigating the store, and provide product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. This role requires a friendly demeanor, a passion for LEGO® products, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the store.
• Answer customer questions about LEGO® products and services.
• Process sales transactions and manage merchandise returns.
• Conduct buys and trades with customers.
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and manage inventory levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Aid with social media promotion and stay updated on new products.
• Cross-sell products and provide accurate information on product features and pricing.

Requirements

• Knowledge of LEGO® products is a must.
• Retail and customer service experience is required.
• Basic math skills are essential.
• Experience working with children is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts is necessary.
• Organized and able to multitask.
