Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and be aware of sales-to-goal status.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and provide quality customer service.
• Promote a positive customer experience by keeping customer areas clean and presenting merchandise according to company standards.
• Ring customer transactions and perform register functions while following cash handling policies.

Requirements

• 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.
