About the position

As a Sales Associate at Frontgate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while promoting the Frontgate brand. This part-time position focuses on achieving sales goals, maintaining an organized sales floor, and providing knowledgeable service to customers. Your efforts will contribute to creating an inspiring shopping environment that empowers guests to customize their spaces.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales following daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals for the store
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop sales floor
• Deliver excellent guest service by promoting an environment that is helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient for guests and team members
• Provide guests with accurate and efficient service to educate them on the products and services available through Frontgate.

Requirements

• 2+ years of specialty retail sales experience
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Kronos, and POS systems
• Previous cash handling experience
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
• Availability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
