The position includes comprehensive training to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the sales process, focusing on customer relationships and market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Train on policies and procedures through self-led exercises, instructor-led training, and shadowing experienced sales associates.
• Travel between communities to support staffing needs and personal development.
• Develop relationships with customers and network for prospecting.
• Understand customer experience touchpoints to maintain quality service and guide buyers through the sales process.
• Complete accurate and timely contract paperwork as a prerequisite for promotion to Sales Associate.
• Obtain and analyze market data to keep communities competitive.
• Maintain standard sales office hours while being flexible to meet customer schedules.
• Successfully complete required training programs and obtain management approval for promotion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work weekends.
• A Real Estate License is required in all states except CO, MD, NM, TX & VA.
• Previous high-end sales experience preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and maintain professional relationships.
• Action-oriented with a drive to close sales successfully.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
