About the position

The Sales Associate at Under Armour plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience while contributing to store sales and key performance indicators (KPIs). This part-time position involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting store operations under the guidance of the Store Manager. The Sales Associate is expected to embody the brand's values and assist customers in finding the right products, thereby driving sales and fostering a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager.
  • Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour processes and policies through digital experiences.
  • Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations when assisting customers.
  • Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process by participating in training.
  • Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets in the store.
  • Comply with Under Armour policies and procedures.
  • Complete operational and cash processes in line with training.
  • Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and support each other in daily tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA).
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous work experience in a customer-facing role (preferred, not required).
