About the position

The Sales Associate at Under Armour is a part-time role focused on generating sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position is integral to creating a unique shopping experience for customers, ensuring the store is well-presented, and supporting store operations. The Sales Associate will also take on Stock Specialist responsibilities when needed, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager.
  • Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour processes and policies through digital experiences.
  • Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations when assisting customers.
  • Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process by participating in training.
  • Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets in the store.
  • Complete operational and cash processes in line with training and company policies.
  • Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and support each other's growth.

Requirements

  • At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA).
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the role.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous work experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in sports/apparel and footwear retail.
