About the position

The Sales Associate at Under Armour is a part-time role focused on generating sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position is integral to creating a unique shopping experience for customers, ensuring the store is well-presented, and supporting store operations. The Sales Associate will also take on Stock Specialist responsibilities when needed, contributing to the overall success of the store by meeting sales targets and embodying the brand's values.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct sales assistance to customers to meet sales KPI targets set by the Retail Store Manager.
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with Under Armour processes and policies through digital experiences.
• Model the Under Armour service culture and customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Incorporate product knowledge into the selling process by participating in training.
• Maintain standards covering merchandise and floor sets.
• Comply with Under Armour policies and procedures.
• Complete operational and cash processes in line with training.
• Adhere to Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
• Accountable for self-development and seizing growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in CA).
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• 0-3 months working in a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment.
