The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) at Hard Rock International plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest shopping experience by acting as a guide, communicator, and entertainer. This position involves engaging with guests, providing product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining the store's organization and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and answering questions accurately and politely.
• Handling phone inquiries and making proficient sales transactions using a point-of-sale system.
• Maintaining proper cash drawer balances and handling various forms of payment.
• Directing guests to areas and restrooms as needed.
• Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge and determining guests' needs through active engagement.
• Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Ensuring proper product stock levels through retail pulls and inventories.
• Displaying retail products according to Hard Rock's visual display standards.
• Performing opening, closing, and side duties such as cleaning and organizing the store.
• Creating memorable experiences for guests and entertaining them to foster loyalty.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Ability to remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrated high level of organization and attention to detail.
• Positive and friendly attitude towards guests.
