About the position

As a Sales Associate at Rumble Boxing McKinney, you will be instrumental in driving new membership sales and fostering relationships with potential and existing members. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and aims to ensure a seamless sales process that leads to membership conversions. You will be part of a dynamic team in a premium fitness environment that promotes boxing-inspired HIIT workouts, catering to individuals of all fitness levels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to successful closure, using effective strategies for prospecting, follow-up, and conversion.
  • Engage in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and other community events, actively representing and promoting the studio to enhance its visibility and attract new members.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of personal sales production, surpassing targets and contributing to the overall success of the studio.
  • Actively promote and reinforce the studio's mission as a leading provider of fitness and wellness services.
  • Present and showcase the range of services and offerings available to current and prospective members, highlighting their benefits and tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
  • Proactively schedule and book high-quality appointments, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving monthly sales quotas.
  • Take ownership of personal professional development, continually refining and honing selling skills through ongoing training and self-improvement initiatives.
  • Capture visually appealing photographs for use on social media platforms, contributing to the studio's online presence and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Goal-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to drive sales in memberships, retail, and private training.

  • Proficiency in learning and utilizing the ClubReady software system.
  • Exceptional communication skills across in-person, phone, and email interactions, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling efficient management of tasks and responsibilities.

  • Previous boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required.
