About the position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at J.Crew Factory, you will serve as a brand ambassador, bringing your personal style and passion for the product to the sales floor. Your role will involve creating genuine connections with customers, helping them find their unique looks, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience. You will be expected to drive sales, assist in store tasks, and embody the brand's values of creativity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Complete training and use product knowledge tools to enhance customer interactions.
• Assist in store tasks to ensure customers see the store at its best.
• Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team.
• Act in a manner that aligns with the company's values.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability during busy times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry/move at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
