About the position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at Madewell, you will serve as a brand ambassador, utilizing your personal style and passion for the product to create genuine connections with customers. Your role will involve driving sales, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while embodying the brand's values of inclusivity and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Complete training and utilize product knowledge tools.
• Assist in store tasks to maintain a high standard for customers.
• Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the management team.
• Act in a manner that aligns with the company's values.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability during busy times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry/move at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
