About the position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at J.Crew Factory, you will serve as a brand ambassador, bringing your personal style and passion for fashion to the sales floor. Your role will involve creating genuine connections with customers, helping them find their unique looks, and collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience. You will be expected to drive sales, assist with store tasks, and embody the brand's values of creativity, inclusion, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.
• Complete training and utilize product knowledge tools.
• Assist in store tasks to maintain a high standard for customers.
• Share feedback and insights with the management team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability during busy times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry/move at least 40 pounds.
• Capability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
