The Seasonal Sales Associate position at Karl Lagerfeld Paris is focused on providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals at The Outlet Collection at Riverwalk in New Orleans, LA. This role is essential to the success of the sales team, which is a key driver of the company's performance. Associates will engage with customers, maintain store standards, and handle transactions while promoting a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet personal sales goals.
- Be aware of sales-to-goal status and consistently strive to achieve company sales expectations.
- Maintain a strong customer focus and consistently provide quality customer service.
- Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean and present merchandise according to company merchandising standards.
- Ring customer transactions, perform register functions and follow company cash handling policies.
Requirements
- 6 months face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Interpersonal and verbal communication skills enabling effective sales and customer relations.
Nice-to-haves
- Ability to speak Cantonese and/or Spanish in addition to English.
