About the position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate at J.Crew Factory, you will serve as a brand ambassador, bringing your personal style and passion for the product to the sales floor. Responsibilities

• Drive sales by exceeding selling and service expectations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability during busy times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift/carry/move at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
