As a Sales Associate at HEYDUDE, you will provide exceptional customer service and support the store team in achieving company goals. This seasonal role involves educating consumers about products, assisting in various store departments, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the V.I.B.E.S service model.
• Contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment by sharing suggestions and ideas.
• Assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, and stock room management.
• Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies and procedures, including inventory control and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
