About the position

As a Shoe Sales Associate at Von Maur, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by building relationships and utilizing your brand knowledge. Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers sincerely and thanking them for their visit.
• Develop relationships with customers to grow sales and enhance business.
• Achieve individual sales and account goals set by the store.
• Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience.
• Ring POS transactions and manage key account information.
• Assist customers with sizing, fitting, and trying on shoes.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean department and shoe stock room.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and sales goals.

Nice-to-haves
