About the position

The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Management Team during the setup and operation of a seasonal store. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of guest service while assisting in various tasks such as merchandising, sales generation, and store maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales and assist with sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and organized.
• Assist with merchandising, signing, and pricing of products.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle transactions.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Physical capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.

Benefits
