About the position

The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will assist the Store Management Team in various tasks related to the setup and operation of a seasonal store. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of guest service while supporting sales efforts and ensuring the store is well-merchandised and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and organized.
• Assist with pricing, signing, and POS operations.
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
