About the position
The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween is a seasonal role focused on supporting the Store Management Team in various operational tasks related to the setup and teardown of a temporary store. This position emphasizes maintaining high standards of guest service while contributing to sales and merchandising efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
- Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
- Generate sales through various activities including sign waving and merchandising.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store organized and presentable.
- Assist with pricing and signing of merchandise.
- Operate POS systems and handle transactions.
- Implement loss prevention strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
- Physical capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
