About the position

The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will assist the Store Management Team in various tasks related to the setup and operation of a seasonal store. This role focuses on maintaining guest services, generating sales, and ensuring the store is well-merchandised and organized throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales and assist with sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and organized.
• Assist with merchandising, signing, and pricing of products.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and assist with loss prevention.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
