About the position
The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Management Team during the setup and operation of a seasonal store. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of guest service while assisting in various tasks such as merchandising, sales generation, and store maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
- Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
- Generate sales and assist with sign waving.
- Perform general housekeeping duties within the store.
- Assist with merchandising, signing, and pricing of products.
- Operate POS systems and ensure loss prevention measures are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Ability to climb ladders and set up fixtures.
- Physical capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
