The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Management Team during the setup, operation, and teardown of a seasonal store. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of guest service while assisting in various sales and merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
• Generate sales through effective customer engagement.
• Assist with sign waving and general housekeeping duties.
• Handle merchandising, signing, and pricing of products.
• Operate POS systems and ensure loss prevention measures are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
