About the position
The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Management Team during the setup, operation, and teardown of a seasonal store. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of guest service while assisting in various sales and merchandising activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
- Maintain guest services according to company standards.
- Generate sales through effective customer engagement.
- Assist with general housekeeping and store organization.
- Handle merchandising, including pricing and signing of products.
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system and manage transactions.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
