About the position

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the success of our store by delivering an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding high-quality eyewear while fostering a positive shopping environment. You will be expected to cultivate new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty and consistently meeting sales objectives. In this role, you will confidently provide an exceptional customer experience by making personal connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a unique shopping experience that results in customer satisfaction. You will actively participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with your peers and management. Additionally, you will take pride in the store's appearance, ensuring that displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized, while securing all company assets under your control. Requirements
