The Sales Associate position at Richmond American Homes offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about new homes and sales. This role is designed for those who are driven and goal-oriented, with the potential to earn a six-figure income. The position includes comprehensive training through the Richmond American Homes Peak Sales Training program, which prepares new hires for success in the sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Train on policies and procedures through self-led exercises, instructor-led training, and shadowing experienced sales associates.
- Travel between communities to support staffing needs and personal development.
- Develop relationships with customers and network for prospecting.
- Understand customer experience touchpoints to maintain quality service and guide buyers through the sales process.
- Complete accurate and timely contract paperwork as a prerequisite for promotion to Sales Associate.
- Obtain and analyze market data to keep communities competitive.
- Maintain standard sales office hours while being flexible to meet customer schedules.
- Successfully complete required training programs and obtain management approval for promotion.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work weekends.
- A Real Estate License is required in all states except CO, MD, NM, TX & VA.
- Previous high-end sales experience preferred.
- Ability to connect with people and maintain professional relationships.
- Action-oriented with a drive to close sales successfully.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
