About the position

As a Sales Associate at UGG, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting the UGG brand. Your responsibilities will include engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping environment. You will also communicate the brand's sustainability initiatives and work collaboratively with your team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences for customers that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Address all customer questions accurately before they leave.
• Provide exceptional service from start to finish, including communicating the return policy.
• Maintain a positive attitude with customers and team members.
• Promote the store and brand image in all interactions, adhering to dress code.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and available for customers.
• Merchandise products in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized back-stock area and employee break area.
• Practice safety-consciousness and respond to theft according to policies.
• Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager in advance if late or absent.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and applications.
• Valid driver's license.
