About the position

The Sales Associate/Wellness Coach at Osteostrong is responsible for promoting membership opportunities and providing personalized coaching to members. This role combines sales and wellness coaching, focusing on motivating individuals to improve their health and well-being through scientifically-proven technologies. The position requires a passion for health and wellness, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire others to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

  • Share membership opportunities by phone with warm leads from Click Funnels.
  • Present to prospects who schedule an in-center consultation.
  • Identify each person's needs and develop a path to a better life.
  • Follow up with potential members who provided contact information but did not schedule an appointment.
  • Add new members monthly and establish events to enhance awareness of OsteoStrong.
  • Foster relationships with wellness professionals for referrals.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including social media.
  • Provide one-on-one member coaching during vibration and Spectrum sessions.
  • Conduct baseline and follow-up member evaluations to demonstrate progress.
  • Explain the benefits of whole-body vibration and other technologies.
  • Schedule or move member appointments as needed and coordinate daily appointment flow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or medical fields preferred.
  • Strong marketing skills highly desired.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical school/college degree in kinesiology, exercise science, nutrition, or communications preferred.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Adept at social media marketing.
