Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives.
• Establish and cultivate long-term client relationships both in-store and online.
• Deliver the Bloomingdale's customer experience through engaging conversations.
• Actively circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs and support their shopping experience.
• Share the benefits of Bloomingdale's Loyalty programs with customers.
• Leverage the store's fulfillment system and maintain merchandise to sell standards.
• Ensure floor and fitting room upkeep.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
