As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in proactively greeting customers and developing lasting relationships by treating them with courtesy and respect. Your ability to conduct follow-up communications will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for selling tile and related products, aiming to exceed customer expectations while understanding the installation and use of all products to educate customers effectively. Tracking your individual sales goals and providing customers with product updates will be part of your daily responsibilities, along with presenting yourself in a professional manner at all times. This position offers a competitive compensation structure, with expected first-year earnings ranging from $45K to $75K, based on a draw plus commission payment model.
