About the position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and ensuring a positive experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining the overall brand presence which has earned us the #1 residential solar company in the state.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates who can benefit from Solar
• Process customer purchases efficiently while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge and encourage sales.
• Maintain projects through to install
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Canvassing and Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with technology and a working phone or tablet.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring others is advantageous.
