About the position

The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween will assist the Store Management Team in various tasks related to the setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store. This role focuses on maintaining guest services and supporting sales efforts while adhering to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
• Maintain guest services according to company standards.
• Generate sales and assist with sign waving.
• Perform general housekeeping duties within the store.
• Assist with merchandising, signing, and pricing of products.
• Operate POS systems and ensure loss prevention measures are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
