About the position
As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center in Fairview Park, Ohio, you will be the first point of contact for guests checking in for their body wax reservations and the last person they see upon departure. This role is essential in ensuring a positive guest experience, involving tasks such as answering calls, managing reservations, and promoting wax pass savings. The position offers a base pay of $12/hr plus commission based on sales, with potential earnings ranging from $10 to $20 more per hour depending on performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they check in and check out for their waxing services.
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to manage reservations.
- Take detailed notes on each reservation to communicate effectively with guests.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to guest reservations.
- Rebook guests after their waxing service is completed.
- Promote wax pass savings and other promotions to guests.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
