About the position

Watertown Mitsubishi is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This full-time position focuses on building lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and achieving sales goals in a dynamic dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit consultative selling skills
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Place outgoing calls to past and potential customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales
• Strong customer service skills
• Basic math skills
• Mid-level cash register experience
• Valid driver's license
• Cash handling experience
• Excellent communication skills
