About the position
The Sales Associate position at PHOENIX Retail, LLC involves providing an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers while performing various tasks to maintain store operations. Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety for associates and customers.
- Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
- Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
- Resolve customer service-related issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
- Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months preferred.
- Proficient in the use of technology (iPad, registers).
- Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
- Meets physical requirements.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
