Responsibilities

• Travel to customers and potential customers' facilities to provide information and support.
• Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships with customers in the assigned territory.
• Sell products to all customers in the assigned territory.
• Anticipate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to business problems.
• Execute the sales plan and manage price adjustments as instructed by management.
• Communicate plans to customers and manage resources to support sales volume.
• Gather feedback and communicate new product opportunities to appropriate company staff.
• Cooperate with the accounting department to ensure collection of accounts receivable.
• Assist in establishing sales objectives for the territory with management.
• Work with Operation and Logistic staff to achieve territory sales goals.
• Provide timely reporting of field activities to assist in business planning.
• Submit sales activity reports and attend quarterly inventory counts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales experience in the Asian food industry is desired.
• Familiarity with Asian food products and services.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Korean or Japanese; other languages considered.
• Experience with Oracle ERP software.
• 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft applications.
