Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of potential clients
• Conduct site visits to assess client valet service needs and logistics
• Develop and present customized service proposals to decision-makers
• Conduct regular client review meetings
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly
• Gather and implement client feedback to improve service delivery
• Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
• Proactively prospect and contact potential clients to introduce our valet services
• Conduct needs assessments with property managers, hotels, restaurants, and event venues
• Create and deliver compelling proposals for valet service contracts
• Collaborate with operations managers to ensure smooth service implementation
• Track sales activities and maintain detailed client records
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals
