About the position

As a Sales Associate at Primark, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, whether it be regarding sizes, styles, purchases, or returns. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied and happy with their experience. In addition to customer service, you will be responsible for maintaining the shop floor's appearance. This includes setting up displays with full shelves, keeping fitting rooms tidy, and ensuring that the stockroom is organized. You will also be involved in processing transactions at the till, handling queries, voids, and returns efficiently and courteously. Receiving and unpacking new deliveries will also be part of your role, where you will check off items and ensure they are correctly priced before they hit the shop floor.
