About the position

Simple Dimple is looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the auto hail repair industry. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, maintain product knowledge, and utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales performance. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Door to door sales.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Keep the sales floor organized and stocked.
• Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales.
• Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Close deals and assist customers in a weather disaster-related community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions.
• Technical sales knowledge is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 1.5 hours to sell in other towns.
