About the position
As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center in Fairview Park, Ohio, you will be the first point of contact for guests checking in for body waxing services. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive guest experience, handling reservations, and promoting wax pass savings. This entry-level position offers a base pay of $12/hr plus commission on sales, with potential earnings ranging from $10 to $20 more per hour based on performance. You will receive training and support from your Center Manager to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they check in for body waxing services.
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to guests.
- Make detailed notes on each reservation to communicate effectively with guests.
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed prior to guest reservations.
- Check out and rebook guests after their waxing service is completed.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
- Ability to learn and adapt to sales techniques.
