About the position

The Sales Associate at Psycho Bunny plays a crucial role in delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting the store's operations. This position involves engaging with customers, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the brand's growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the store's visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
• Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform other functions, such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
• Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and report any violations to a supervisor.
• Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
• Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and e-mail.
• Assist with all other duties as required by store management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
