About the position

The Sales Associate position at RockBox Fitness involves engaging with members and managing leads to enhance the studio's operations. This role is crucial for maintaining member satisfaction and driving sales through effective communication and support during classes.

Responsibilities

• Execute a minimum of 50-75 activities per day (calls, texts, emails).
• Handle all tasks in Club Ready.
• Make 40+ calls during class to engage members.
• Sell memberships, apparel, and supplements.
• Keep the front desk clean and organized.
• Assist during and between classes as needed.
• Demonstrate exercises and guide members to the next station.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Ability to manage leads effectively.
• Sales experience, particularly in memberships or retail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a fitness or retail environment.
• Familiarity with lead management systems.
