We are actively placing a limited number of Full-Time & Part Time Jewelry Sales Associates to join the team at our John's Pass Gallery and sell some jewelry! Join our Landing Company Gallery Sales Team at the beautiful Beach Drive location nestled in the heart of the St. Petersburg Waterfront Arts District housing the world famous St. Pete Pier, Banyan park, and the many festivals and special events that call downtown St. Pete home. The area's many special events like museums exhibitions, concerts, art shows, conventions, sporting events, and more, bring a diverse group of visitors from around the country and world to this fun and vibrant seaside community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest level of customer service to clients
• Assist customers with their selection and purchase of jewelry
• Meet Gallery Sales Team objectives and maximize sales
• Model customer service for associates and promote sales
• Accountable for increasing sales and achieving Gallery Sales Goals
• Maintain an attractive and visually pleasing store appearance
• Be knowledgeable of merchandise on the floor and in the backroom
• Facilitate the execution of company visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• Equivalent retail sales or front-end customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid work eligibility
• Background check
