About the position

The Retail Sales Associate at PHOENIX Retail, LLC is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers at Express and Bonobos locations. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting with product launches, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Positively resolve customer service-related issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months in retail.
• Proficient in the use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.
