About the position
As a Sales Associate at Torrid, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty.
- Perform register functions while using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
- Work a flexible schedule inclusive of holidays, nights, and weekends.
- Cover the sales floor and ensure all visual standards are met.
- Assist in the organization of the stockroom and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
- Fashion-focused and knowledgeable about current trends.
- Physical ability to stand and walk during scheduled shifts, pack and unpack shipments, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
