About the position

The Sales Associate at Psycho Bunny plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while embodying the brand's core values. This position involves engaging with customers, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the store's overall success through effective sales techniques and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the store's visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
  • Develop a full understanding of computer systems to ring transactions and perform functions such as merchandise transfers and order fulfillment.
  • Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures and report any violations to a supervisor.
  • Employ an authentic approach to clienteling and building long-term relationships with customers with a focus on building sales.
  • Build a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customer phone and e-mail.
  • Assist with all other duties as required by store management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
